CAPE Forum objectives
This is a Forum for discussing of research topics and results. It takes place once a year, and is an informal meeting of those academic and industrial participants interested and active in CAPE (Computer Aided Process Engineering).
The 2007 meeting is planned as an event aimed at integrating researchers from EU member states with the colleagues from new member states, as well as other countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It should enable better planning of future common EU - supported projects and other forms of collaboration, student and the research exchanges, as well as the presentation of new research ideas.
It is formatted as a set of oral presentations, round-table discussions and posters, on topics of current interest. As a result, it is a forum where every participant gets a chance to present and discuss their topics of interest.
Who attend the CAPE Forum?
All academic and industrial participants who are active within the CAPE field, especially in Europe. The attractiveness of these gatherings is that one meets a small, motivated and diverse group of people from all corners of Europe. Recently, there has been a healthy mix of company representatives and academia.
